In our final post in this Inspired by…Penguin Hardcover Classics series, I thought it would be fun to look at vivid pink-based shades in a different content. This time, instead of contrasting with white, the pink foil keys are contrasted with wheat–a neutral, grayish/brownish grassy shade:

(Intro) Inspired by…Penguin Hardcover Classics | Coralie Bickford-Smith

I have a very large makeup collection–or, at least, it seems very large to me. Does it need its own room? Um, no, not quite. But it does occupy its own little antique bureau in my bedroom. When your makeup grows beyond, say, a single shelf in the bathroom to occupy a whole cabinet of its own, then it seems safe to say to call it “very large.” At the very least.
